Kenga & Company Advocates was registered on 1st August, 2008. The Firm is based in Mombasa, Kenya and is specialized in giving legal services to clients, including legal services based on admiralty law (arrest and/or release and/or judicial and sale of ships, maritime claims, commercial law, conveyancing which involves security documentation, sales, leases, charges, mortgages, incorporation of companies, company law, litigation, both criminal and civil, intellectual property law, constitutional law, references, labour and/or employment laws, land laws, administrative laws, contract law, debt recovery laws, claims based on tort, procurement laws, personal and alternative dispute resolution laws.

The Firm has two partners, Mr. William Chengo Kenga & Mrs. Joan Mwaka Karisa (Mrs. Chengo). It also has one Associate by the name of Joseph Amani Kahindi.
